1. Scope of Digital Services

FeedRate Works provides custom website design, technical search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, RFQ conversion optimization, and digital strategy consulting exclusively for precision manufacturing companies and machine shops.

2. 100% Client Ownership of Code & Assets

Upon final milestone payment, the client retains 100% full intellectual property ownership of all custom website code, graphics, capability matrices, and copywriting created during the project. FeedRate Works does not hold client digital assets hostage.

3. Performance & Uptime Standards

Managed hosting services maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA with automated 24/7 security monitoring, encrypted SSL certifications, and daily backups.
